From the CEO
“Africa must build its own solutions.”
In 2001, Kojo founded eServices Africa - now a leading Pan-African BPO with operations in Ghana and Kenya, serving major clients across banking, telecommunications, and fintech.
Today his vision for eSAL is its next phase of growth: an AI-native operations platform powered by Agentic AI, with solutions tailored to African languages, regulatory environments, and market realities - across banking and finance, retail and e-commerce, telecommunications, insurance, healthcare, and the public sector.
He champions human-centric digital transformation - reskilling African talent to become the creators, supervisors, and innovators of an AI-driven economy, not just its participants - and building scalable, future-ready institutions across the continent.
