The Work Readiness Program was created to provide opportunities for young people, women, individuals with disabilities, and other marginalized groups who’ve often been left out of the formal job market.
We uncover hidden talent and equip them with the skills they need to shine. From top-notch customer experience and tech support training to essential soft skills, we prepare them to deliver world-class Customer Experience services.
We have ambitions to provide 10,000 jobs to young people in Ghana by 2027.
